Shipment
We deliver the whisky directly to your home!
The prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our prices apply to deliveries ex warehouse. In addition to the stated prices, we charge postage and packaging costs, which are to be borne by the buyer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order and the specified delivery address.
We ship the goods securely and promptly after receipt of the order, taking payment into account.
Unless a fixed deadline or a fixed date has been agreed in writing, our deliveries and services shall be performed within a period of two weeks.
If we fail to meet an agreed delivery date, the buyer must grant us a reasonable grace period, which in no case may be less than 10 days.
We do not offer shipping to the following countries:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Cuba
Countries that do not support the shipment of alcohol via postal services are insured only with standard freight insurance per kilogram. Additional insurance for the full value of the order can be added after purchase for 3%.

Payment
The following payment methods are available:

- PayPal (refunds will be settled minus the applicable PayPal fees)

Technical staff, drivers, and field service employees are not authorized to collect payments.
The buyer may only offset his own claims against our claims or withhold payments owed by him if his counterclaims are undisputed, have been legally established, or arise from the same contractual relationship.
We retain ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price for these goods has been made.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2–3 days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and about the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
